Elders

Our Elders are the living libraries of our Nation — keepers of our language, law, ceremony, and stories. They are not just part of our past; they are the foundation of our future.

Their wisdom must guide how we govern, teach, and grow.

As Chief, I will prioritize the creation of a new Elders’ Lodge — a safe, comfortable, and dignified space that honours their lifelong contributions and connects them with our youth and future leaders.

Our Elders will be more involved in advising Council and our language will be front and center in all that we do.
